Position Overview

Kirsch Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and light industrial construction projects throughout the Chattanooga area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall construction schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Review project drawings, specifications, and construction plans
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and local construction regulations
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Communicate project progress with clients and leadership teams
• Identify and resolve project issues to avoid delays

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
